Human Life International (HLI)

Human Life International is a Pro-Life and Pro-Family Organisation founded by Fr. Paul Marx, OSB, in 1975. Pope John Paul II of blessed memories called Fr. Paul Marx an Apostle of Life. HLI is the world’s largest Pro-Life Organisation. It has affiliates in over 80 countries around the world. Currently, Father Thomas Euteneuer is the President of HLI.

 

Human Life International, Asia Pacific

It is HLI’s Regional Office in the Philippines. This office organizes various Pro-Life activities, publishes materials on Human Life and Family Life issues. It conducts and co-ordinates seminars and training programmes in various Asian and Pacific countries. One of its main activities is the organization of the Asia Pacific  Congress on Love, Life and Family. Dr. Ligaya Acosta is the executive Director of HLI, Asia Pacific.

 

Asia Pacific Congress (ASPAC)

Asia Pacific Congress is a gathering of people with an interest in promoting and defending the dignity of life and the sanctity and nobility of the family. Delegates from around 14 Asian Pacific countries participate in this congress which is held annually in different countries. Experts in the field of demography, sociology, moral theology and bioethics and those working in Pro-Life and Family Movements share their rich experiences with the delegates.

 

Human Life Service (HLS)

Human Life Service Centre commits to saving lives especially the lives of the unborn, through counseling, education and providing shelter to women in pregnancy crisis. Established on October 15, 1995 as a non profit organization, HLS is the brainchild of His Lordship Bishop Anthony Lee. HLS reaches out to the public in and around Miri.
