Agape month to foster a caring and sharing culture
The ' Agape Month' was launched by the Imperial Hotel(Miri) with effect from Nov 20 to Dec 31. The word "Agape" expresses the love of God for his people -- an unconditional love that accepts everyone for who they are. The Agape month aims at fostering a caring and sharing culture in the community. Members of the public are encouraged to participate through the purchase of a ginger bread decor or a message card. Words of concern, goodwill and encouragement are to be filled in each for pasting on the Agape castle or hanging on the Charity Christmas tree. Proceeds from the sale will go to the Human Life Service Centre.
