The Holy Family Thrift Shop

Human Life Service operates the Holy Family Thrift Shop mainly to raise funds for the Centre and the Shelter Home.

Our Thrift Shop has a variety of items donated by generous people and because these items are obtained for free,they are sold at very low price.Not all the items are second hand.We also have new and branded goods.

Our Thrift Shop is popular with people who live on a low income, Streets Cleaner,Council workers, people with unusual tastes.We also have people coming in to buy clothing for their relatives back home in their kampongs ( villages ).It is also popular with people who buy collective items and resell them for a profit.

We furnish our St.Joseph's Shelter Home and Center with the things we obtained from the Thrift Shop.The Public have been very generous in donating furniture,beddings,curtains etc.

We have volunteers who come in to help to sort things because not all the things we received are in good condition.

We also pack and sent things to the interior and to those we are in need in time of disasters.God bless all the generous givers.
